let me clear you all what is panda?
it's Google algorithm which is created to stop spamming, people on internet spam every where to retain high positions in Google. but with this Algorithm Google is able to identify Quality of links, a link will gain importance only when it will come for relevant website, otherwise Google ll penalize that website to stop spamming, for example if you are promoting a website related to TENNIS , link should be build from any other tennis or sports website, if you ll try to build links from any other irrelevant website, Search engine crawlers ll affect and punish loss rankings.
